The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS)
The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) ensures we are dedicated to completing health and safety pre-qualification assessments to a nationally recognised and accepted threshold standard.
This in turn ensures that both our qualified, skilled team are safe as well as our customers and the general public are not exposed to unnecessary dangers. Our customers can rest assured that the work we are being paid to carry out is done in the safest way and using the safest methods possible.
Gas Safe Registered
This means that whenever a gas engineer carries out work on your property, by law they must be on the Gas Safe Register. Gas safety in the home and workplace is not something you can compromise. If you don’t have your gas appliances checked by a Gas Safe registered engineer you are risking your life. The Gas Safe Register exists to ensure gas safety for you, your family and your property.
Our Gas Safe Registration Number is 217206

Trustworthy Builders and Contractors
If a firm is TrustMark registered, it is working to a code of practice set down by an approved Scheme Operator and standards that give you greater confidence and protection. TrustMark registered firms are checked and monitored against recognised British, international or industry standards. So who checks up on the approved Scheme Operators? The TrustMark team monitors approved Scheme Operators on behalf of the TrustMark Board.
The Board reviews each approved scheme operator’s performance, taking into account an independent assessment of the quality of their work, how they handle complaints, and so on. To find out more about the Government-endorsed standards for approved Scheme Operators click here
